My latest creation

My friends daughter turned 4 on Saturday and I made her a purse cake. This little girl LOVES purse's, key, & necklaces. Can you guess her favorite colors?

Purse and necklace, thought about making key's but didn't have the energy to get them made.

Sheet Cake I made, the party turned out to be bigger than Mommy thought it would be.

Saren's Blanket

So I decided I wanted to make Saren a rag quilt and it took me quite awhile to

figure out what fabric to get I couldn't find exactly what I wanted but I saw this pink and brown flower fabric and loved it so it won as my time is getting close and I don't know what my energy level will be later on...

I had some scraps left over and wanted to do "something" with them and was thinking fabric flowers but Jed suggested burp rags so I gave it a shot and it turned out cute. I ended up getting 5 made as I had extra squares left after I put the quilt together. I can't wait to meet her!

Introducing...

Saren Althea Miller
I know it's been almost a week since I got my Ultra Sound but I just got these scaned. Hope you enjoy!

Zombie Land

Since they had to stay home for Halloween Alex and his friends wanted

to scare the kids and dress up as Zombies.

As kids came up they would act like Zombies.

I think Corben was the best at it.

At one point a teenage girl came up and was

freaked out by them and Corben chased her

down the street! It was great!

Trunk Or Treat

This year with Halloween falling an a Sunday we decided not to let the boy's trick or treat.

But our Ward had a Trunk or Treat on Saturday so they got to get plenty of candy.

Alex and his friend Griffin dressed up as the Men in Black
but I failed to get a photo of them.

Here is our trunk. A feast of brains and slimy animals!

I won a prize for my trunk!

After our Jack O Lanterns died I found a blog post

on these cute Jar Jack O Lanterns. Perfect for the Az weather!

Jack O Lanterns

These were our Jack O Lantern's this year.

Sadly they only lasted 6 day's.

Jed carved this one of Jack Skellington

Alex's creation.

Corben drew this out on paper and Jed remade it on his pumpkin.

Corben and I carved this.

Jedrek's pumpkin.

Jedrek's 10th Birthday

Jedrek had a Pokemon party again this year. We said it was a water battle and had our water slide out and a water volleyball game I found on clearance. But we failed to get pictures of the activities.

Jedrek's present from Mom and Dad

The Pokeball he requested as his cake.

(thank goodness haven't been on my A game for cake decorating this one was an easy one)

Making a wish! He got them all out on the first try!

Happy Birthday Jedrek we love you!
